The Board by the vote as shown hereunder ordered that the items of cost and fee as therein referred to be paid by the Department.
The vote upon the payment of bill, as above, was:-
President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea.

Transfers.
Upon the recommendation of the Lieutenant of Mounted Police,
concurred in by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following
transfers be made, to take effect at once, viz:-
That Officer Charles Leach, B.Division, Western District, be transferred to the Patrol Wagon Service, and assigned as Driver.
That Officer William Murphy. Western District, be transferred from the Patrol Wagon Service to street duty.
That Officer Charles Frisbie. C.Division, Western District, be transferred to the Patrol Wagon Service, and assigned as footman.
That Officer William Whaley be transferred from the Patrol Wagon Service to street duty.
Repairs - Southern District.
Upon the recommendation of Commissioner Fowler it was ordered that the flooring of patrol stable, Southern District, be repaired at the cost of $12.00
The vote upon repairs, as stated, was as follows:-
