cOGC 119 Officer Hugh J.Byrne, Western District, was fined |l. for having been thirty minutes late for School of Instructions on November 17, 1902. Sergeant William H.Busch. Northwestern District, was fined $1. for having been twelve minutes late for School of Instructions, 6 P.M., November 17, 1902. Officer Matthew Boone. Northwestern District, was fined $1. for having been twenty minutes late for School of Instructions 11 o'clock A.M., November 17,1902. Officer Arthur J.Stritch. Southern District, was fined $2. for having been twenty-five minutes late for School of Instructions, 6 P.M., November 18,1902. Officer William A.Hartlove, Southwestern District, was fined $1.00 for having one hour and ten minutes late for roll-call, 3.45 A.M., November 18,1902. Officer Frank Starlings. Southwestern District, was fined $1.00 for having been forty minutes late for School of Instructions, November 17,1902. Dismissal. Probation Officer James '.7. McMahon, Eastern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, and by the vote as given below dismissed from the force:- CHARGE: "Being drunk and acting in a manner unbecoming an officer by pointing a pistol at Charles Olsen, 1706 Alice Anna street, 9 A.M., November 18,1902, while not on active duty."
