Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that permit be granted Messrs Flack & Knabe to hold Boxing Exhibition at Flack's Hall, Fulton & Patterson avenues, Saturday evening, November 29th. Application for Permit. Application was received from the Eureka Athletic Club for permit to hold Sparring Exhibition, Germania Maennerchor Hall, Friday night, December 5, 1902. Said application was referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation. Case of Maryland Anti-Saloon League. . vs.__ Captain A. J. Fumphrey. At 10.30 o'clock A.M., the Board resumed the hearing continued from Tuesday, November 25, 1902, of charges preferred by the Maryland Anti-Saloon League against Captain A.J.Fumphrey, as mentioned in the proceedings of November 21,1902, the testimony being stenographically reported. The receipts to-day were as follows:- From Fines & Costs November 25,---------------52.40 The Board adjourned at 2 P.M. until 10 A.M., Friday Nov. 28th. Secretary.
