cOGC 139 OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimorep Friday. November 28th., 1902. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and ffowler. The minutes of the previous meeting^ Wednesday November 26, 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trial. Officer John V/.Garner, Eastern District, was fined $1.00 for having been twenty minutes late for School of Instructions 6 P.M., November 26,1902. Case of Maryland Anti-Saloon League. vs. Captain A.J.Pumphrey. At 10.30 A.M., the Board resumed the hearing continued from November 26th.,1902, charges preferred by the Maryland Anti-Saloon League against Captain A.J.Pumphrey, as mentioned in the proceedings of November 21,1902, the testimony being reported stenograph-ically. At 2.30 the hearing was adjourned to Saturday November 29,1902. Leaves of Absence. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Detective T.B.Hall be granted an additional leave of absence of one day, with pay, viz:- Monday December 1,1902; Detective Hall having had the twenty days allowed by law. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Officer George A.Zeiler, Eastern District, be granted two days' leave of absence, without pay, in addition to the twenty days allowed by law, viz;- November 30th., and December 1, on account of the death of mother of said officer.
