| 144 OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Monday. December 1, 1902. Board met; present. Messrs Upshur, Morris & Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, November 29. 1902. were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer James Miles, Northern District, reported for having lost his book of Rules & Regulations, was excused. Officer James Mclntire, Northern District, was fined $1. for having been thirty-nine minutes late for roll-call, School of Instructions, November 26, 1902. Officer Robert L. Roop. Northern District, was fined $1. for having been thirty-seven minutes late for roll-call, School of Instructions, November 2G, 1902. Officer Ulysses 3.G.Harden. Southwestern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, and fined $2.00- CKARGE: "Violating Rule 13, Section 8, Rules & Regulations, by being in watchman's box, Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, Bayard street and Baltimore & Ohio Railroad tracks, on other than police business at 2 A.M., November 29,1902." Officer Frank CDreshler. Central District, reported for having been without his pistol, roll-call inspection, November 30,1902, was excused. Clock (Tower), N.W.District. Accident. _ Report was received from Captain John A.G.Shultz, Northwestern District, through the hands of the Marshal, upon the subject of damage to the Station-house by the falling of a weight attached to clock in the tower of the same. |
