cOGC 145 It was ordered by the following vote that the repairs made necessary by the accident referred to, be made, and that the clock in the tower of the Northwestern Station-house be taken out entirely. The vote upon the above was as follows:- President Upshur......Yea. Commissioner Morris. . .Yea, Commissioner Fowler...Yea. See report filed, as Exhibit No. 878. Boxing I-latch. Application for Permit. Application was received from the Eutaw Athletic Club for permit to hold Sparring Exhibition, Germania Maennerchor Hall, December 16,1902. It was ordered that the said application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation. REPORT. Report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of Boxing Exhibition, given by the Eureka Athletic Club, Germania Ilaennerchor Kail, November 28,1902.
