See report from Marshal filed as, Exhibit No. 881. Complaint vs. Officer Robert T. Moel. Northern District. Irregularities at Polling Place 12th Precinct, 13th Ward. Nov. 4. 1902. A report was received from the Marshal submitting additional statement of Officer Michael J.Gaule, Northern District, with respect to certain irregularities at the 12th Precinct, 13th 'Yard, on Election Day, November 4th, as referred to in the proceedings of November 14, 1902. It was ordered that a copy of said statement, which is filed as Exhibit No. 882, be furnished the Board of Supervisors of Election. Assignment of Magistrate. Additional Justice 1,'eilson Por, Jr., was assigned to sit at the Northwestern Station-house from 3 to 5 P.M., to-day, in the place of Justice Adolph Sauber, who notified the Board that he would be absent from his duties on account of sickness. Additional Justice Neilson Poe, Jr., was also assigned to sit at the Northeastern District Station-house from 8 A.M., December 2,1902, until relieved, In the place of Justice James V. Lev/is, who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties on account of leave. Street Beggars. It was reported to the Board that beggars, in unusual numbers, have recently been seen on the streets of the city. |
