Secretary. OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore,. Wednesdayr December a. 1902. Board met; present, Messrs Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting. December 1. 1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Clifford W.Hancock, Northern District, was tried upon and found guilty of having been thirty-one minutes behind return of his squad 4.12 A.M., December 2,1902, and having been asleep on the steps of store on Chestnut avenue, opposite 35th street, while on active duty, but was excused. Officer Thomas J.Collins, Southwestern District, was fined $1, for having been sixteen minutes iate for roll-call 3.45 A. It. , December 2, 1902. The following named officers were reported upon the charge of having been late for School of Instructions, December 1,1902, and excused, viz:- Officer Patrick S.Costella, N.W.District, Officer Levin W.Robinson, do.
