Transfer. It was ordered that Officer John Hartman be transferred from the Northern to the Southwestern District; said transfer to take effect December 8, 19C2. Gale of V/ornout Horses. Upon the recommendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Police it was ordered that horses No. 67, 82 and 85, worn-out in the service, be disposed of for the sum of $125.00. See recommendation filed as Exhibit No. 889. Serjeant Clarence Walmsley. Application for Retirement. Application was received from Sergeant Clarence Walmsley, Central District, for retirement on pay, said application alleging that the said Sergeant Walmsley is disabled because of injury received in 1891 in the discharge of his duty as a patrolman. It was ordered that the Police Physicians examine Sergeant Clarence V/almsley carefully, to ascertain if he is incapacitated for active duty permanently, and whether his disability is due to the injuries aaid to have been received by him, as mentioned. Wardrobe Bureau of Identification. It was ordered, by the vote as given below, that there be purchased one wardrobe for the Bureau of Identification. The vote upon the purchase of wardrobe, as above, was as follows:- President Upshur....Yea, Commissioner Morris.Yea, Commissioner Fowler.Yea. See Exhibit No. 890.
