Charge vs. Officer Robert T. Noel. Northern District. Irregularities at Polling Place 12th.Precinct. 13th. Ward - November 4f 1902. In the case of Officer Robert T.Noel, Northern District, who was tried upon the charge of official misconduct, as referred to in the proceedings of December 9th., and who was adjudged guilty of the first specification of said charge, as shown by the minutes of December 9,1902, the Board rendered its decision as to punishment of said officer. Officer Noel was fined §50.00 Donations. Upon the recommendation of Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective John H.Kratz be permitted to retain five dollars donated to him by J.B.Riggs, 306 Water street, for investigating the poisoning of his poultry and dog. Upon the recommendation of Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective Thomas P. O'Donnell be permitted to retain ten dollars donated to him by Benjamin & Co., Pawnbrokers, for attending their sale November 8 and 9, 1902. Advertisement Miss Shaw's Bath, Massage, Etc., 426 W.Mulberry St. Report was received from the Marshal upon the subject of investigation made by him into the matter of alleged massage, magnetic, etc., treatment, advertised, as given by Miss Shaw, 426 W.Mulberry street. Said report was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 894 Typewriter Desk for Marshal's Office. Upon the requisition of the Marshal it was ordered that there be purchased a roll-top desk for use in the Marshal's Office. The vote upon the purchase of desk, as above, was as follows:-
