Report was received from Captain John A.G.Shultz, through the hands of the Marshal, advising of the death of Retired Officer John B.Goldsmith, which occurred at 3.30 A.M., December 6, 1902. Central District, reported for having been fourteen minutes late for School of Instructions, December 9,1902, was excused. Officer Anthony J.Timmerman, Northwestern District, reported for having been fourteen minutes late for School of Instructions, December 8,1902, was excused. Officer Paul E.Meeks, Northwestern District, reported for having been eight minutes late for School of Instructions, was excused.
