Monday, December 15,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trial. Officer Harry J.Heinemann, Northeastern District, reported for having failed to attend School of Instructions, December 16,1902, was excused. Donation. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that Detective Thomas F.Hogan be permitted to retain twenty-five dollara, donated to him by John T.Lee, 1047 Guilford avenue, for services in the arrest of Jennie Petzold.
