.Neostyle Duplicating Machine For Bureau of Identification. Upon the recommendation of Sergeant John A.Casey, in charge of the Bureau of Identification, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that a new rotary Neostyle machine be provided for the Bureau of Identification to replace one worn out in the service at a cost of $50.00, and that the old machine be kept in the said Bureau for use in emergencies. The vote upon the purchase of Neostyle, as above, was as follows:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea. Recommendation filed as Exhibit No. 905. Repairs to Northeastern District Sta-House. The following bids were received to tear up the present flooring in the prison room and cells of Northeastern District Station-house, and replace the same with nevi cement flooring in accordance with specifications:- Filbert Paving & Construction Company........$148.00 J.H.Thornmann & Co........................... 148.00 F.E.Schneider & Co........................... 321.50 It was ordered, by the vote as shown below, that the bid of the Filbert Paving & Construction Company be accepted. The vote upon the acceptance of bid of the Filbert Paving & Construction Company, as above, was as follows:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea.
