Officer Charles Spitznagle. Northeastern District, reported for having been twenty-five minutes late for roll-call, 6 A.M., December 20,1902, was excused. Officer Samuel G.McC-ee. Southern District, reported for having been seven minutes late for roll-call, 6 A.M., December 21,1902, was excused. Officer Thomas McGrain. Northern District, was tried upon the following charges, found guilty thereof and fined §10. and warned:- CHARGES;- "1st. Having failed to send in report-call 5 P.M., December 21,1902. 2nd. Having been one hour and thirty-five minutes behind his squad, coming in off duty, 6.15 P.M., December 21,1902." Officer Charles D.Thomas. Northern District, was tried upon the charge of having been under the influence of liquor, going on duty, 7 P.M., December 20,1902, found guilty of said charge, fined $10. and warned that if he should be found guilty again upon this charge he would be dismissed from the force. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain Bernard J.Ward, Northern District, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Officer Thomas E.Cusack, Northern District, be transferred from "B" to "A" Division, vice Officer William S.Herrick transferred from street duty to Mounted Service; said transfer to take effect at once. It was also ordered that Sergeant Louis H.Eilbacker. Southwestern District, be transferred from the Mounted Service to street duty; said transfer to take effect on a date to be hereafter determined. Recommendation from Marshal. Additional Squad - Northern District. A communication, as follows, was received from the Marshal : -
