OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. ^Baltimore, Wednesday. December 24, 1902Jt_ Board met; present, Messrs Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Monday, December 22,1902, were read, approved and adopted. Trial. Officer Edward Curran, Jr., Central District, was fined $1. for having been fifty minutes late for roll-call, 6 o'clock A.M., December 23,1902. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that transfers be made as follows, viz:- Serf;eant Joseph F.Norton, Southwestern to the Central District, vice Wamsley, retired; said transfer to take effect January 1,1903. Sergeant James F.Ryan. Southwestern to the Northern District. Sergeant Henry G.Arnold, Northern to the Southwestern District. Last two transfers to take effect at once. It was also ordered that Officer William S.Herrick. be transferred from the Northern to the Southwestern District;said transfer to take effect at once. Cupboard for Mounted Stable. It was ordered, by the vote as shown hereunder, that Mr. Joseph J.V/illis be employed to erect in the stables of the Mounted Service one Harness Room 11 ft. long, 20 ft. wide, 8 ft.high, three drawers 1 ft. high under same, three doors, etc., for the sum of HO.00 The vote upon the above was, as follows:-
