| Officer Isaac P. Miller, Northwestern District, was tried upon charges as follows, found guilty thereof and fined $5.00:- CHARGES:- lst.......Having been in the waiting room of Lafayette Avenue Station, Pennsylvania Railroad, between 10.30 and 11.30 P.M., December 22,1902, on other than police business, and having drunk beer while in the said waiting room at the time above mentioned. 2nd.......Having been in the waiting room of Lafayette Avenue Station, Pennsylvania Railroad, 10.40 P.M., December 24,1902, on other than police business. Donation. Upon the recommendation of Captain of Detectives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detectives George W.Armstrong, R.L.Thomas and T.B.Hall be permitted to retain forty-six dollars donated to them, as follows, for special attention paid their stores during the Christmas Holidays:- Armiger Company.............§15.00 J.S.McDonald................ 15.00 Kirk's Son.................. 10.00 Mealey & Son................ 6.00 Painting - Southern District.
