action of the secretary in the assigninent of the additional justice to the Western District Station-house as mentioned was approved. Juvenile Court. Charles H.Heuisler,Magistrate for Juvenile Causes, having notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties on January 3rd,1903, it was ordered that Justice J. Mc.Kenny White,Northern District, be assigned to act in the place of Judge Heuisler on January 3rd,1903, and until relieved, and that Additional Justice Nelson Poe, Jr., be assigned to sit at the Northern District Station-house during the absence therefrom of Justice White as above referred to. DEATH. A report was received from Captain Thomas B.Mc.Gee, Eastern District,of the death of Officer George 7/. Hutson,which occurred December 30th,1902. Tramsfers. Upon the recommendation of the Lieutenant of Mounted Police, approved by the Marshal,it was ordered that Officer John Concannon. Northern District, be transferred from street duty to the Mounted Service;said transfer to take effect at once. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain George League, Southwestern District, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that transfers, as follows, be made in the said District;said transfers to take effect immediately,viz;- Officer John E. Klein from A. to B. Division, Officer Aasa T. Sedicum. from B. to A. Division, Officer Randolph G. Welsh from A. to C. Division, Officer Thomas J. Collins from C. to A.Division. Complaint,-Saloon,- 2020 Lafayette Avenue. A communication, signed,"Lafayette Lumber Co.",was received,complaining that the liquor lav/ is violated at saloon,2020 Lafayette Avenue.
