| 238 Marshal R. It, Price, for services rendered in investigating cause of fire at Frederick,Maryland, December 20,1902. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Police, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following changes be made, to take effect at once, viz:- That Officer George Gude, B. Division, Northern District, be transferred from street duty to Mounted Service, vice Officer James B. Boone, Northern District, promoted to Sergeant. That Officer Albert E. Guertler, B. Division, S.W.District, be transferred from street duty to Mounted Service, and that Officer Patrick J. Tirfie be transferred from Mounted Serrice to street duty. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Police, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following transfers be made, to take effect at once, viz:- That Officer George A. Zeiler, Eastern District, be transferred from street duty to the patrol wagon service, and assigned as footman, vice Officer Hutson, deceased. \ That Officer John Ackers, B. Division, Central District, be assigned as Substitute Wagonman, vice Officer Patrick J. Sullivan. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain John A. G. Shultz, N.W. District, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following transfers be made, to take effect at once, viz:- That Officer William E. Waters be transferred from C. to A. Division, vice Officer William J. Forrest, promoted to Sergeant. That Officer Edward Stevens be transferred from B. to C. Division, vice Waters. It was also ordered that Officer William B. Ferguson, be transferred from the Northern to the Northwestern District; said transfer to take effect at once. And it was also ordered that Officer William T. Owens. Southwestern District, be transferred from B. to A. Division, vice Officer Sheppard, retired; said transfer to take effect at once. |
