| UcAlester, Indian Territory, for information in reference to bogus letter heads of said bank. Upon the recommendation of Captain of Det-ctives, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Detective Thomas F. Hogan be permitted to retain Five Dollars donated to him by William J.Oeli-grath of Baltimore County, for the recovery of a gun. V/restling Match. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal it was ordered that permit be granted to Charles J. Weiss to hold Wrestling Match at Germania Maennerchor Hall, January 15, 1903. Transfer. Upon the recommendation of Captain Thomas B. McGee, Eastern District, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that Officer John B. Cox be transferred from "B* to "C Division, vice Officer George A. Zeiler transferred from "C" Division to the Patrol Wagon Service; said transfer to take effect at once. Request for Information. Appeal Tax Court. In the matter of request for information from the Appeal Tax Court, as referred to in the proceedings of January 9,1903, a report was received from Captain John A. G. Shultz. It was ordered that the said report from Captain Shultz be transmitted to the Appeal Tax Court. See Exhibit No.922. Complaint vs. Sergeant William H. Busch --- N.W.District. A communication was received from James Higgins, 350 Fayette street, complaining of alleged unofficer-like conduct on the part of Sergeant William H. Busch, Northwestern District, on the night of January 7, 1903. |
