OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore, Friday February 6, 1905. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, February 4. 1905, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer John Rose. Eastern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, fined $25.00, and warned that if he should be found guilty again of a similar offense he might expect to be dismissed from the force. CHARGE;-"Being under the influence of liquor at 1.40 A.M., February 6, 1903, while on active duty." Officer William J. Poplar, Western District, was before the Board upon the following charge, viz:- CHARGE;-"Conduct unbecoming an officer by being in the bed-room of Mrs. Mary r, "' 222 S. Fremont street, wh:'1 not on active duty, in citizen's dress, February 4,1903. about ten o'clock A.M." The case was partially heard and continued until Monday February 9,1903, to secure the testimony of Isaac H. Webb, the complainant.
