In the matter of complaint from P.P.R.Bohager, 227 Concord street, as referred to in the proceedings of February 2,1903, a communication, as follows, was received from the Marshal, which was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 941. February 5th., 1903. To The Honorable, The Board of Police Commissioners. Gentlemen:- In connection with the attached complaint of Mr. F.P.R.Bohager, #227 Concord street, I had before me, and interviewed, Officers Joseph J. Smyth, Division B., and Harry F. It appears to me that the officers are not derelict in their duties, taking into consideration the extra territory added to their posts at the time this robbery is supposed to have been committed, and I would therefore respectfully recommend that the complaint be filed. Very respectfully, THOMAS P. PARNAN, Marshal." Jail Wagon - - H.W.District. Damage to. Report was received from Captain John A. G.
