| OGC OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. 291 Baltimore. Wednesday,February 11th,1903. -------o-------- Board met, present,Messrs Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting,Monday,February 9th,1905,were read.approved and adopted. Trials. Charge,as follows,preferred by Captain George G.Henry, Southern District, were received against Officer Benjamin F. Vickers;- Charge: "Official misconduct by being under the influence of intoxicating liquor and acting in a disorderly manner at his home,while on leave of absence,on February 5th,1903." Mrs. Mary E. Vickers, the wife of Officer Vickers, upon whose allegations Captain Henry stated he made the above charge, came before the Board this day and asked permission to withdraw the charge. The permission asked for by Mrs.Vickers was granted and the charge was withdrawn. Officer Frank J. Ryan, Northwestern District, was fined §1. for having been thirty minutes late for school of instruction 6 P.M.,February 9th, 1903. Wrestling Matches. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal,it was ordered that permits be granted the Eureka Athletic Club and Charles J. Weiss to hold wrestling matches at Germania Maennerchor Hall February 12 and February 13th respectively, and that the price for each of said permits shall be Fifty Dollars. Transfers. Upon the recommendation of Captain John J. Fullem, Western District, approved by the Marshal, it was ordered that the following transfers be made to take effect at once;- That Officer Nicholas J. Schaeffer.Western District, be transferred from A. to B. Division; that Officer Joseph F. Garrigan, Western District, be transferred from B. to C. Division; that Officer Alfred J. Kennedy be |
