Report waa received from the Marshal upon the subject of investigation as to sale of liquor in violation of law at the saloon of John ?/. Sanks, 1419 Columbia Avenue, which report was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 955.
It was ordered in this connection that the "arshal be instructed to keep up his efforts with respect to this saloon and bring the said 3aloon to the attention of the Board of Liquor License Commissioners.
Baltimore General Dispensary
Coal for Distribution to the Poor.
It was ordered that permission be granted to the Folice of the Western, Northwestern, Southern and Southwestern Districts to distribute tickets to the poor for free coal, to be furnished by the Baltimore General Dispensary, in accordance with communication to the Board, under date of February 13,1903, and as mentioned in the proceedings of February 16th.,1903.
