| A report was received from the Marshal of his investigation into the case, from which report, which was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 964, it appears that the mistake in notifying Miss Richards, Clerk at the said station, was made by Sergeant N.W.Jenkins of the Northern District. In this connection it was ordered that the Secretary communicate further with Mr. Steiner and give him the result of investigation into the complaint. Surveys. Upon the request of Officer Alonzo A. Moore of the Northeastern District, it was ordered that the Police Physicians examine the said officer with a view of determining whether or not he is permanently incapacitated for active police duty, and as to whether or not his present disability was caused from injuries received by Officer Moore while in the discharge of h's duty. Upon the recommendation of Dr. John T. McCarthy, Police Physician, Second District, it was ordered that Officer Edward J. Hoffman be examined by the Police Physicians for the purpose of ascertaining the true physical condition of said officer. Bills Passed.
