| OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Wednesday,February 25111,1903. Board met? preaentf!.lesBrs Upshur,Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, Nonday, February 23rd,1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer John O.Crawford, Northwestern District,was fined One Dollar for having been late for school of instructions,11 A.M., February 23rd,1903. Officer Thomas Clarke,Northwestern District, was fined Two Dollars for having been forty-seven minutes late for roll call, 3.45 A.M., to day. Officer John C. Rudel,Western District, was tried upon the charge of having been under the influence of liquor while on active duty,4.05 A.M., February 23rd,1903; found guilty thereof and fined Five Dollars. Assignments of Magistrates. The secretary reported to the Board that Justice William J. Robertson, Southern District had notified the department February 24th,1903, that he desired to be absent from his duties from 3 P.M., February 24th,1903 to 8 A.M February 26th,1903,on account of sickness; that he the secretary, assigned Justice Charles H. Revioll to sit at the Southern District Station-house from 3 PM., February 24th,1903,until relieved in the place of Justice Robertson, Addition al Justice Kelson ?oe,Jr., having been assigned to the Northern District. The secretary also reported that Justice Daniel J.Loden,Western District, notified the department February 24th,1903, that he desired to be absent from his duties from 3 P.M. February 24th,1903, until 8 A.M., February 26th,1903, on account of sickness; that he, the Secretary assigned Justice Jacob Rab to sit at the Western District Station-house from 3 P.M., February 24th,1903, until relived in the place of Justice Loden, Additional Justice Nelson Poe,Jr, having been assigned to sit at the Northern District Station.
