| ^rc the premises. Report filed as Exhibit No. 967. 32.9 Saloon. O'Brien's - S.Paca St. In the matter of complaint respecting saloon 24 S. Paca St., kept by one Michael O'Brien, as referred to in the proceedings of February 27th., a report wa3 received from the MARSHAL with his report, which states that the allegations made in the complaint are not borne out, was read and ordered filed, see Exhibit No. 968. In this connection it was ordered that the Marshal's attention be called to the saloon of Abe Ulmann on South Paca street, where it is alleged the law is violated. Ho3tler - Additional Employment of. Upon the recommendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Police it was ordered by the following vote, that Patrick Donohue be employed as Hostler in the Mounted Service Stables at $1.50 a day, .same as is paid the other hostlers; said employment to date from Thursday,March 5,1903. Recommendation of Lieutenant of Mounted Police filed as Exhibit No. 969. The vote upon the employment of Hostler, as above, was:- President Upshur......Yea, Commissioner Morris,..Yea, Commissioner Fowler,..Yea. Repairs to Lineman's Wagon.
