-OGC 343 Harkins, Northwestern District, and Timothy Hughes, Western District, by the vote as shown hereunder, decided to continue and not retire these officers. The vote upon the above, was, as follows:- President Upshur, Yea, Commissioner Morris, Yea, Commissioner Fowler, Yea. Action as to Retirements Deferred. Action as to the retirement of the following named officers, surveyed by the Police Physicians, was deferred:-Officer Albert C. Meyers, Officer Alonzo A. Moore, Sergeant John H. Clowe, Officer Randolph G. Welsh. Officer George E. Emerine, Sergeant Vi'm. JT. Russell, Officer John 0. Crawford. Sergeant Patrick J. Kelly, Sergeant George W. Sindell, Eligible List Grade of Policeman. The Secretary was directed to inform the Board of Police Examiners that as the Eligible List, now in hand for the Grade of Policeman, will be exhausted on Friday next, the Board desires a new eligible list furnished at the earliest possible date for the grade of policeman. Officers On Sick List. The Board in looking over the reports of the Police Physicians as to the number of men sick, ordered the Secretary to obtain from Dr. John T. McCarthy, Police Physician, a full and specific report as to the present condition of Officer Howard Moore, Northwestern District and Officer Albert E. Cadamore, Western District. The Secretary was also directed to obtain from Dr. Pinkney L.
