The bid of Messrs John R. Hudgins and Company, as above, was by the following vote, accepted. President Upshur...........Yea, Commissioner Fowler........Yea. Wrestling Exhibition. Application was received from Charles J. Weiss for permit to hold Wrestling '.latch, Germania Maennerchor Hall, March 27,1903. It was ordered that the said application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation. Repairs to Plumbing. Northern District Station-house. Upon the requisition of Captain Bernard J. Ward, Northern District, approved by the Deputy Marshal, acting as Marshal in the absence of Marshal Farnan, it was ordered that necessary repairs be made to the plumbing of the Northern District Station-house, and that Patrick T. Barry be employed to make the said repairs. The vote upon the repairs to plumbing northern District Station-house, as above, was:- President Upshur......Yea, Commissioner Fowler...Yea.
