OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Md.. Friday. March 20f 1905. Board met; present. Mess.. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting. Wednesday. March 18.1905. were read, approved and adopted. Trial. Sergeant Thomas F. Connellyf northern District, was tried upon the following charge, preferred by Captain Bernard J. Ward, Northern District, viz:- OPFICIAL MISCONDUCT. Specifications. _ls_L.- In having about 12.30 A.M. .March 11,1903, at the corner of York Road & "5th. street, used threatening and opprobious language towards Officer Thomas F.Our-sler, Northern District, and having in the presence of the said Officer Oursler, at the time and place above mentioned, used unbecoming language with respect to Sergeant John R. Saunders. 2nd:- In having, about 12.20 A.M., "arch 12th,1903, at York Road and 29th street, used language of a threatening character towards Officer Thomas F.OursI&r, Northern District. 3rd:- In having left his bailiwick and entered the saloon of J.Firmin Dey, 2900 York Road, at 11.50 P.M., March 11th, 1903, and remained in said saloon until 12.25 A. M., March 12,1903, on other than police business. |
