OUbt 0.,against Office Albert E. Cademore, Western District, who was shot on July 12th,1902, while in the discharge of his duties as a policeman,by William Davis,colored. It was ordered,by the following vote,that Officer Cademore be reimbursed the amount of the said bill. The vote upon the payment of the amount of the bill of Dr. Henry B. Hgger, as above, was, President Upshur,..........Yea, Commissioner Morris,........Yea, Commissioner Fowler.........Yea. Wrestling Matches. Applications for permits to hold. Upon the recommendation of the Marshal,it was ordered that permit be issued to Charles J.Weiss to give wrestling match at the C-ernania Maenner- chor,March 27th,1903. It was also ordered that permit be granted to the Jefferson Athletic Club to hold an amateur athletic exhibition at Shimek's Hall,Broadway and Barnes street, April 6th, 1903,and that the price for same shall be ,!;5. Application was received from Samuel Harris,1437 East Baltimore Street, for permit to hold wrestling match,April 2nd,1903, at Bavarian Hall. It was ordered that this application be referred to the Marshal for investigation and recommendation. - Charles A. Ruley-Application for re-hearing of Charges. An application was received from Charles A.Ruley,who was dismissed from the force on November 19th,1902,-for a re-opening of his case and a re-hearing of the charges preferred against him,on the ground of newly discovered evidence. The Board,being unable to see from the contents of the affidavits presented by Mr.Ruley that any new evidence was adducible, refused to grant Mr.Ruley'¦ request. r3ee Exhibit No.993} Elections Order as to members electioneering.
