^OGC 399 OFFICE OF THE • BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. ----------OOOO----------- Baltimore. Tneaday .April 7th.1905. TjQ day being Primary Election Day, the Board was in session continuously all day; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morrig and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting Monday, April 6th.,1903, were read, approved and adopted. Assignments of Magistrates. Justice William Reed was authorized to act as police justice for the Northern District from 3 P.M. to day until relieved,in the place of Justice J. Mc.Kenny White,who notified the Board that he desired to be absent from his duties. ( Additional Justice Nelson Poe,Jr., on leave). Justice Jacob Rab was authorized to act as police justice for the Western District, from 3 P.M., to day,until relieved,in the place of Justice Daniel J.Loden,absent on account of leave. (Additional Justice Nelson Poe,Jr., on leave). Transfers. The Board revoked its order of March 30th., upon the subject of transfer of Officers John K. Connor and John W. Craig, and ordered that Officer John H. Connor be transferred from the Police Patrol Boat to the Eastern District, and that Officer Frederick Isaacson be transferred from the Eastern District to the Police Patrol Boat; said transfers to take effect at once. Assignment of Magistrate. Additional Justice Neilson Foe, Jr., was assigned to sit at the Southern District Station-house from 8 A.M., April 8th.,until relieved in the place of Justice William J. Robertson, absent on account of sickness.
