The Receipts were:- Fines & Costs, April 6——————----------§46.40 OFFICE OF BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS. Baltimore. Kd.. Wednesday. April 8,1905. Board met; present, Messrs. Upshur, Morris and Fowler. The minutes of the previous meeting, April 7, 1903, were read, approved and adopted. Trials. Officer Hush J. Byrne ^Western District, reported for having been fifteen minutes late reporting for duty 6 A.M., April 8,1903, was excused. Officer Albert J. Hauf,_ Southern District, reported for having been thirty mimites late for roll-call, 4.30 A.M. April 7, 1903, was excused. -Officer George T. Williams, Southern District, reports ed for having been thirty-five minutes late for roll-call, 4.30 A.M. April 7,1903, was excused. Officer William T. OwejiSj Southwestern District, was tried upon the following charge, found guilty thereof, and fined $50.00, and warned:- CHARGE: "Violating Section 13, Rule 28, Rules & Regulations, by being in saloon of Richard Owens, 600 Campbell Street, while not on active duty, engaged in playing cards, becoming involved in an altercation with one Eugene Henry and assaulting and striking the said Eugene Henry, March 30,1903."
