The difference deducted arises from an allowance only at the rate of g 8 per month, under the decision of the Secretary of War. For payments to seamen as above, at the rate of g 16 per month. The difference arises from an allowance being made only of g 8 per month, under the decision of the Secretary ol War. For similar payments. The sum deducted arises from the difference between g 8 per month, allowed, and S 16 per month, claimed by the Corporation. Similai- payments to seamen of the galley Vigilant, at the rate of g 16 per month. The difference arises from g 8 only per month being allowed.
