Received the sum of eighty-four liars and forty-eight cents in lull for the within account. S84 48. JOSEPH L. MILLARD. The articles of the within account were purchased by my order to preserve the health of the seaman corps. The spot at the Lazaretto is unhealthy, and I deemed it indispensable for their health, whilst there, to supply them with vegetables. The enemy were then in sight, in great force.
