THE JEFFERSONlAN.tOWSON, MARYLAND 410 STUDENTS ENROLL sai.es and legal notices*. SALES AND LEGAL NOTICES Not Registration At Normal School Reduced By Recent Merger. (Continued from Page 1) Flowers said. "All but 60 of the 250 in the junior class at the Teachers' Training School last year have already signified that they will complete their course at Towson. With 8 or 10 answers coming in each day, I expect all of the 60 to be registered by the end of next week. Not one of the students to whom I sent a enrollment blank has returned it unsigned, refusing in that way to register. "The total enrollment of the Teachers' Training School in June, 1924, was 460. Between now and September the present loss of 50 pupils may be lessened." Harris Henderson, Attorney-at-Law, 220-22 New Amsterdam Bldg., Baltimore, Md. NOTICE TO CREDITORS. September wheat last year on the same date sold at 98 1-4, a difference in favor of the farmer this year of 28 3-4 cents per bushel; corn at the same time sold for 76 1-8 cents, a difference of 28 7-8 cents per bushel. A farmer who has a crop this year of 1000 bushels of wheat and 1000 bushels of corn is just $576.25 better off than he was last year. Hogs are also bringing a much better price; they were quoted in Chicago on Wednesday at $7.85. We are glad to be able to provide these figures, for it is not often that good things like that come to the farmer. OLD TIMONIUM PREPARING TO THROW OPEN GATES FOR 1924 EVENT. NOTICE TO CREDITORS. Every afternoon of the big week, you will find the world-wide king of the great open spaces, the horse, competing in the "sports of kings." Opening day (Labor Day) Monday, September 1st, will find a number of labor organizations represented. Tuesday will be Maryland Farm Bureau Day; the farmers and their families from all over the State will be present, also State and National officers of the Bureau. Mr. M. H.
