The second parcel above described being subject to a right of way for the lots lying in the rear of this lot, along the western side thereof, one perch and three and one-half feet wide. These parcels adjoin one another: are improved by a Two-Story Frame House, Barn, Out-houses, fruit and shade trees; are bound on one side by Sulphur Spring Road; are only a short distance from Halethorpe, P. B. & W. Railway, and with trolley service practically parallelling both tracts. They are well suited for development purposes. By agreement between the parties, filed with the original papers in the case, the twenty-acre parcel will be sold free and clear of those two mortgages, namely, from Henry F. Ringeling and wife to the First National Bank of Catonsville, dated, June 14. 1920, and recorded among the Baltimore County Mortgage Records in Liber W. P. C. No. 575, folio 190. in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars (5,000.00), and assigned to The Union Trust Company of Maryland on June 4, 1921; and mortgage from Henry F. The object of this suit is to procure a divorce a Vinculo Matrimonii by the Plaintiff, James H. Wilson, from the Defendant, Anna Wilson. The bill states that the parties were married at Elkton, Maryland, on or about the 2nd day of December, 1922; that no children have been born to the parties as a result of said marriage; that the said Defendant on or about the 30th day of January, 1923; without any just cause or reason abandoned and deserted the said Plaintiff; and declared her intention to live with him no longer; that the said abandonment was her final and deliberate act and has continued uninterruptedly unto the present time, and that the separation of the parties is now beyond any reasonable hope or expectation of a reconciliation; that ever since the marriage aforesaid the Plaintiff has always behaved as a kind, faithful and affectionate husband; that since the marriage aforesaid the said Defendant has committed the crime of adultery with divers men whose names are to said Plaintiff unknown; that the said Plaintiff has not lived with nor cohabited with-the said Defendant since learning of the said adulterous acts nor has he forgiven or condoned her offence; that the said Plaintiff is now and has been for more than two years prior hereto a resident of Baltimore County, State of Maryland, while the said Defendant is a non-resident of the State of Maryland and resided when last heard from in the City of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania.
