Sanitary@Concrete on the Dairy Farm Concrete is the dairy farmer's most desirable building material. Barn floors and foundations, milk houses, cooling tanks and other necessary equipment of verminproof, easily-cleaned Concrete invite confidence and bring buyers. They are next to good stock as a dairy farm attraction. Their cost is small when the many advantages of Concrete are fairly considered. Their upkeep cost is practically nothing because Concrete never rots, rusts, burnt or needs expensive repairs. It is as everlasting as solid stone. 3 ©Before you make any improvement on your place find out how economically it can be done with Concrete. The Automotive Service Company As distributors in this territory for the Service Motors, Inc., Wabash, Ind., manufacturers of Service Trucks. Service Trucks are designed with a thorough understanding of truck-operating conditions. They are built to do the work you will require of them with the minimum of attention or care. They are designed for continuous service under the most exacting conditions. All the valuable features of truck design that our twelve years of specialization in truck-building have developed are embodied in the Service Trucks of today. Experimental construction is rigidly excluded until it is unquestionably perfected and proved. Service Trucks, while not the highest priced trucks made, are not sold at a low price. If they were, they could not be good, but they are positively the lowest price and cheapest truck in the end, by reason of their long life, comparatively light upkeep expense and reasonable price on repair parts, and their ability to give the greatest ton mileage for the least cost. Juozacas Liksnis, who was rescued from a disabled 16-foot sail boat, 300 miles from land, after being four days without water, landed from aboard the rescue ship, the Miskianzo, now lying off the county water front. The vessel is a Standard Oil tanker. According to Third Mate C. A. Wood, the sail was sighted after leaving Savanah. Not accustomed to such small craft so far from shore, Wood notified the captain. Immediately the tanker headed for the smaller boat. As expected, the occupant had been blown to sea, and unable to manage his sails, had drifted about at the mercy of the winds. When on board the Miskianzo, Liksnis was questioned by the third mate, who found Liksnis the possessor of $300 in cash. Liksnis, who does not speak English, has been able to make immigration authorities, who are holding him, understand he has a wife in Chicago. He also managed to say he had been fishing from the coast of Florida. ----------o---------- LANSDOWNE MAN GIVEN 30 DAYS IN JAIL.
