| 1924. THE JEFFERSONIAN, TOWSON, MARYLAND WANTS COURT TO COMPEL EXECUTION OF DEED'. A bill was filed in the Circuit Court at Towson by Max Boettches against Thomas C. Jackson in which the plaintiff asks that the defendant be required to execute a quit claim deed to the plaintiff. Attorney G. Nelson appears for the plaintiff. PASTOR TO ASSUME NEW CHARGE DEC. 1ST. Rev. Martin Luther Enders, for 15 years pastor of St. Paul's Church, Cumberland, and former pastor of Salem Lutheran Church, Catonsville, has announced that on December 1st he will assume the pastorate of the First Lutheran Church, Baltimore city. The flag-raising exercises were in charge of Acme Council Jr. O. U. A. M. and the Daughters of America. Former Judge W. E. Zimmerman made the opening address, followed by patriotic singing and presentation address by Rev. Mr. Wooley, pastor of Hebbville Evangelical Church. Miss S. M. McClure, principal of the school, accepted the flag for the school. GETS LETTER PROM K. K. K. A letter signed "K. K. K." threatening tar and feathers, was received by S. Beard, of Catonsville. The will of George Frederick, of Raaspeburg, was filed for probate in the Orphans' Court at Towson. He gives to his widow, Mrs. Anna Frederick, a farm and all his money and personal effects, and she is required to pay the testator's daughter, Mrs. Puline Mohr, $1,000. The testator's son, Peter Frederick, is given a farm near Hamilton, and he is re-required to pay the testator's daughters, Mrs. Margaret Reich and Miss Rosa Frederick each $1,000, and to his son, Conrad Frederick, $600. A dwelling house is given to Mrs. Frederick during her life. After her death it goes to the testator's son, Peter Frederick. Mrs. Frederick is named as executrix of the will. ANNUAL. DAHLIA SHOW IN OCTOBER. The 17th annual dahlia show at the Vincent Dahlia Farm, at Cowen-ton, will be held on October 1, 2, 3 and 4. There will be a splendid display of the popular flower. Busses will meet cars of Middle River, Philadelphia road busses will run direct to farm, which can also be reached by Baltimore and Ohio Railroad trains. The road to Chase is closed for repairs. Visitors coming on the Pennsylvania Railroad come to Middle River. COUNTY DEMOCRATIC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE TO MEET TODAY. A meeting of the Baltimore County Democratic Executive Committee has been called by W. Gill Smith, the chairman, for 11 o'clock today (Saturday) at the Hotel Rennert, Baltimore city. This will be an important session, as many live questions will be discussed. Steffey, Incorporated, to enforce the payment of a mechanic's lien for $646.08 for the installing of a heating plant on; the order of Kraus and wife in a building at Annislea.
