NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
THIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE, That the subscriber nas obtained from the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County letters Testamentary, Ancilliary on the estate of
CHARLES H. GRASTY, late of said County, deceased. All persons having claims against the said estate are hereby warned to exhibit the same with the vouchers thereof to the subscriber, On or before the 15th day of March,
1925; they may otherwise by law be excluded from all benefit of said estate. Those indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment. Given under my hand this 11th day of September, 1924.

The report states the amount of sale to be $43,000.00.

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
TRACT OF LAND,
situate and lying in Baltimore County,
Maryland, for the purpose of enforcing
the collection of State and County
Taxes due and owing thereon for the
year 1923, viz:
ALL THAT LOT OF GROUND, situate in the Sixth District of Baltimore County, and described as follows, to wit: containing 9 acres of land, more or less, near the Rock Dale Road, adjoining the land of Samuel Asher, Clarence Smith and Earl Mar-, shall.
Assessed to Frank Ensor for 1923.
TERMS OF SALE—All cash upon the day of sale. A local law gives the owner of property so sold for taxes the right to redeem at any time within two years upon the repayment to the purchaser of the amount pf purchase price, plus 10 per cent, interest from the day of sale.
