The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii by the Plaintiff, William C. Ebb from the Defendant, Nettie G. Ebb. The bill of complaint states that the parties were married November 25, 1918, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; that from 1908 to May 3, 1923, the parties lived together as man and wife in Baltimore County; that on or about May 3, 1923. the Defendant abandoned and deserted the Plaintiff without any just cause or reason; that the Defendant had been guilty of adultory at various times prior to May 3, 1923; that since the discovery of said adultories by the Plaintiff he has not lived or co-habitated with the Defendant; that there are no children born as the result of said marriage; that the Plaintiff is a resident of Baltimore County, State of Maryland, and that the Defendant is a non-resident of the State of Maryland. It is thereupon this 20th day of March, 1924, by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, sitting as a Court of Equity, Ordered, that the Plaintiff, by causing a copy of this order to be inserted in some newspaper published in Baltimore County once a week for four successive weeks, before the 21st day of April, 1924, give notice to the absent Defendant, Nettie G.
