The object of this suit is to procure a decree for the adoption of a child and changing his name to Bernard William Gram. The petition states that the petitioners are residents of Baltimore County, in the State of Maryland; that they procured the said child from Mrs. F. R. Heaton; that said child will be one year old on June 7, 1924; that the names and whereabouts of the parents of the said child are unknown; that peteitioners since they received the said child have kept him and cared for him; that the child has no guardian and no property, and that they desire to adopt him as their own under the provisions of Cnapter 244 of the Acts of L892 of the Laws of Maryland.
