Harman, Henry Reich, Edgar H Donaldson and Axel Benzow. CHARLOTTE OWINGS PRICE WILL PROBATED. The will of Miss Charlotte Owings Price, of Cockeysville, was probated in the Orphans' Court at Towson. She bequeaths $2,000 to her'sister, Martha Price Webster, absolutely. All the rest and residue of her estate she leaves to Mrs. Webster in trust, she to collect the income therefrom during her lifetime, and at her death the trust is to terminate and distribution made as follows: To her sister, Colgate O. Price, $2,000; to-her sister, Emeline Price McShane, $3,-000; to her niece, Augusta S. Brooks, $1,500; to her "little friend," Mary Bowie, $500; to the vestry of Sherwood Protestant Church of Cockeysville, as her memorial to her deceased sister, Mary Bissell Price, the sum of $2,000, one-half of the income therefrom to be used for the upkeep of the church property and the remaining one-half to go toward paying the minister's salary, and $200 to Sarah E. Kenney. The rest and residue of her estate she leaves to her nephews, Colgate Owings McShane, J. O. Price McShane and Wm. H. McShane, in equal shares| Mrs. Webster is named executrix. The will was executed March 8, 1924. Miss Price died the following day. ----------o---------- MAN CLAIMS $25,000 FOR PERSONAL INJURIES DUE TO AUTO ACCIDENT. Frank Kurowski, through Curran & Leach, his attorneys, filed a suit in the Circuit Court at Towson against O'Donnell Lee in which the plaintiff claims $25,000 damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained on December 29 last when he was struck by the defendant's automobile 'while walking along Falls road, near Cedar avenue. HAS OUTGROWN PRESENT BUILDING. The Home Fidelity Insurance Co., which has been a consistent advertiser in The Jeffersonian for eight years, has outgrown its present building at 1026 Linden avenue, Baltimore city, and having purchased the old Bonapaprte mansion at Park Avenue and Center street, is razing it so that a giant office building for its use will take its place.
