Mrs. Julia B. Dewling, by R. E. Kanode, attorney, filed a bill in the Circuit Court at Towson in which she asks for a partial divorce from Thos. G. Dewling for alleged cruelty and non-support. Mrs. Dewling complains that her husband, w;th a 38-calibre revolver in hand, recently threatened to take her life, and that on several occasions he has, without the slightest provocation, maliciously and wilfully destroyed household furniture belonging to her, having on one occasion- destroyed a valuable bed with an axe. Mrs. Dewling further complains that in March, 1923, she purchased with funds which she had inherited from her father and mother, a Stutz 5-passenger automobile, the title to which her husband, without her knowledge, succeeded in having registered in his name, and he is now threatening to sell the machine.
The bill states that the parties were married October 3, 1894, and that since 1921 they have lived on Coleraine road, near Catonsville.
Judge Duncan signed an order upon the bill restraining the defendant from disposing of the automobile or breaking up any more furniture or occupying the Coleraine road property unless cause to the contrary be shown by April 21.

GEO. E. RYAN, WORLD WAR VETERAN, WHO KILLED HIS WIFE, FREED FROM LUNATIC ASYLUM.
BODY OF GARDENER IS FOUND HANGING IN RUXTON BARN.
Hanging in the barn on the estate of Philip L. Poe, at Ruxton, the body of Charles Eckart, gardener, was discovered by another employee.
A physician was summoned hur riedly, but on arrival pronounced the man dead. William P. Butler, of Towson, issued a certificate of suicide.
Eckhart had been in ill health for the last four or five weeks. This, it is believed, led him to seek death. He was 54 years old and came from Cockeysville about six months ago to take the position of gardener on the Poe estate. He made his home in the tenant house. He is survived by his widow and two daughters, one 12 and the other 8.

When you Buy a De Forest ' ^!bu Have All There Is!
YOU can spend twice and three times as much for a radio receiving set and get no more than you get with a De Forest Reflex Radiophone at $150.
You can buy more tubes, a larger cabinet, more elaborate wiring. You will probably also buy the necessity for using an outdoor aerial and a ground. You will pay much more for tubes and battery upkeep.
But if you are buying the most radio miles, the clearest reception of broadcasting, the greatest number of stations, the easiest and surest operation— buy a De Forest and you have all there is.
The way to prove its supremacy is to operate a De Forest D-10 Radiophone in the same room with any other set made—no matter what its price —and select the one that works best for you.
Forget the long names and the trick circuits. Forget the multiplicity of tubes. Buy on performance.
Remember that De Forest invented broadcasting. Remember that De Forest invented the vacuum tube which makes all present-day radio possible.
Regardless of price there is no better set made than theDeForestReflexRadiophone.Prove it to yourself.
