The object of this suit is to secure a sale of a fee simple lot of ground situate in Baltimore County, of which the plaintiff and the defendant are seized and for a division of the proceeds among the parties entitled thereto. The Bill of Complaint states that by deed dated June 2, 1907, and recorded among the Land ecords of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 312, folio 583, Harry E. Mann and wife conveyed unto John H.
