Next week at Ford's the popular French-American star Irene Bordoni, will be seen in "Little Miss Bluebeard," 'described as a song-play written for her by Avery Hopwood, who acknowledges indebtedness for some of it to Gabriel Dreg-eley, the Hungarian playwright. Miss Bordoni appeared recently in this comedy in New York City at the Lyceum Theatre and scored to a long run there which lasted for twenty-five weeks before she took to the road. The scenes are laid in London and concern the adventures of Collette, the part played by Bordoni, and as the story develops it is found that she is married to two men at the same time, or so it appears, since one man claims that he has contracted the marriage under his friends name. How to extricate his heroine from such a distressing situation requires a great deal of ingenuity on the part of the playwright, but it is accomplished satisfactorily before the final curtain—just how, it would not be fair to tell in advance. ?X~X«X~X«H"X~X~X*X~>* STONE GRAVEL SAND E.
