Cockey, at Garrison, burned down one night recently, and all the crops therein, which were the property of John Bowen. ----------o---------- ARRESTED A iD CHARGED WITH OPERATING AUTO WHILE "TIPSY." Dr. John Dorsey, of St. Helena, was arrested in Baltimore City, and charged with operating an automobile while under the influence of liquor. The patrolman making the arrest said he noticed the doctor's car zigzagging over the street. Dr. Dorsey was released on $1,000 bail. ----------o---------- SOCIAL HELD AT ARNOLIA CHURCH. The residence on West Pennsylvania avenue, Towson, formerly occupied by Dr. Daniel Jenifer, has been purchased by Dr. Roy P. Smith, who will, about April 1st, convert same into modern dental rooms. Miss Cornelia O .Smith, his sister, will be the attendant. Dr .Smith is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and for the past ten years has been associated with Dr. L. W. The Baltimore County Board of Education has sent a letter to the Baltimore County delegation to the Legislature, relative to the imperative necessity for more school buildings, and the absolute impossibility to meet the demand from available funds. It is proposed to have a law enacted, submitting the proposition of issuing $1,250,000 additional bonds to erect school buildings, to the voters of the County. ----------o---------- MISS FENDLEY BECOMES BRIDE OF STEWART R.
