The security and convenience of a sloop of anv burthen King so contiguous to ike mill that the elevator* discharge the cargo where- ver the Miller wishes to deposite it, and the faculty of loading the flour on Ijoard immedi- ately from the Mill door, so materially dimi- nishes labor and expedites business that one vessel will be found sufficient to serve the fac- tory, and perform more than two ordinarily do in such employ. Also, a Tract of 1000 acres of Land, situat- ed about 60 chains from the above Mills, well covered with timber, on which is an excellent iron mine and through which the Buttermilk- S'all stream passes, affording several situations or erecting of iron works.
