General Winlock, who commands the detachment of militia, now on dmy at the falls of Ohio, has arrested Mesas. Thomas M. Winn and Samuel N. L'uckett, bath of Jf fierson county, on suspicion of being concerned in col. Burr's expedition. Four which they were preparing to send lave been detained, and themselves bound in a recognizance by judge Ormsby, >ear at the next circuit court, the for- sum of 5000 dollars, and the 10 dollars. There are few subjects within the sphere of natural philosophy, which are involved in more obscurity, than those which ralate to the variocs changes of the itmosphere.
