Proposals are nms issuing for publishing a news- paper on Fell's-J'oint, entitled THE UNION. ~ The Editors do not conceive it necessary, in this place, to enter into an elaborate de- tail of their principles and object—let it suf- fice, that the " Federal Union" will be In- dependent in its principles—that nothing will be wanting in exertion to render it wor thy a liberal patronage. The Prospectus will be disseminated throughout the city, when an opportunity will he afforded the public for the- exercise of their unbiassed judgement. CONDITIONS. It is our intention to issue the " Ffde- ral Uxiox," at the commencement, on Mon- days, Wednesdays and Fridays—but if a competent patronage is offorded, a DAILY Paper will be published as soon after as ar- rangements can be made. The subscriber will difppse of that Valuable Farm una Improvements, which formerly be- longed to old Major Ruttcr, containing 327 acres, (more or less) 140'whereof are cover- ed with very heavy timber of various descrip- tions, distant from the city of Baltimore be- tween 6 and 7 miles, and very convenient to the Falls Turnpike Road.—It may be advanta- geously divided into two equal parts, allowing to each a just proportion of the limber.
