neral assembly, and a schedule of his propers

the city of Baltimore, every other day, for three
months, successively, before the fourth Mon-

tors to appear before the said court) court, at
the court-house inthe. said county, atlO o'clock,
in the forenoon of the said fourth Monday in
March next, for the purpose of recommending
a trustee for their benefit, on the said George
Buchanan, then and there taking the oath by
the said act prescribed for delivering up his
